Casey (1992) and the Supreme Court's decision in that case that upheld the right to an abortion: "'[A] State may not prohibit any woman from making the ultimate decision to terminate her pregnancy before viability,'" adding, "Texas has, in short, successfully nullified this Court’s decisions within its borders."
