The Supreme Court denied an emergency request from former President Trump to allow the special master to review about 100 classified documents that the Justice Department separated from the other documents recovered from Mar-a-Lago in August. There were no noted dissents.
The rejection from the Supreme Court is brief, declaring only that "the application to vacate the stay entered by the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit on September 21, 2022, presented to Justice Thomas and by him referred to the Court is denied."
